Brooke Dedini

Brooke Dedini is a Director at Morrison & Sawers, having joined the firm in 2011 and been appointed as a Director in 2018. She practises in litigation and dispute resolution, bringing extensive experience in both State Courts and State Administrative Tribunals. Brooke is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients in a manner that is both efficient and cost effective. She maintains a strong commercial focus and understands the impact that commercial disputes can have on business operations. Brooke is proactive in developing strategies for successful alternative dispute resolution where appropriate. Her experience spans a broad range of commercial matters including insolvency, contract law, property, consumer and competition law, as well as trusts and estate matters. Brooke also has a keen interest in general commercial law, covering business sales and acquisitions, wills and estate planning, probate, and trusts. In addition to dispute resolution, Brooke is routinely involved in property transactions. She regularly prepares, reviews, and advises on contracts for sale, transfer duty implications, due diligence, and settlements. Her clients range from individuals buying and selling residential properties to entities involved in large-scale commercial and agricultural property transactions. Brooke possesses a strong working knowledge of the Victorian and New South Wales Offices of State Revenue, which are integral to property dealings in those jurisdictions. Outside of her professional role, Brooke values time with her family, including her husband, two young children, and their two dogs. When she is not working, she enjoys weekend getaways in the family caravan.
