Zihan Wang

Zihan is an experienced lawyer with a strong background in property, estates, and commercial and corporations law. She has built trusted relationships with clients by delivering expert, efficient, and commercially focused legal advice. Her practice encompasses advising on business, company, and trust structures, as well as estate planning. Zihan takes the time to understand her clients’ needs through detailed discussions, and she provides tailored advice with practical options to meet those requirements. With a keen interest in dispute resolution, Zihan is a mediator member of the International Commercial Mediation Center for BRI. She is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients in a cost-effective manner and has successfully resolved a variety of dispute matters through negotiated settlements. Zihan’s academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Finance from Shanghai, as well as a Master of Finance from Hong Kong. Prior to practising law in Australia, she worked in finance at a major bank in China, which provides her with a solid foundation in finance and commercial principles. Beginning her legal career in Australia as a paralegal in 2015 while completing her law studies, Zihan was admitted to practice in 2018 and joined Morabito Legal in 2019. She is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese and offers assistance with preparing legal documentation for use in China.
