Recognised in Doyle's Guide in 2025 for his work in estate litigation and wills and estates, Andrew is known for his expertise with registered housing agencies, church property trusts, municipal and water authorities, and other not-for-profits. He excels in property-related matters including the purchase of land, development of school campuses, social housing projects, and redevelopment of church land. Andrew is particularly skilled in negotiating complex development agreements for aged care providers, churches, and social housing organisations. His clients appreciate him as a trusted advisor who combines responsiveness and engagement skills with a hands-on approach. He is especially adept at navigating government and council discussions, making him invaluable in problem-solving scenarios.
