Jarrad Mobbs

Jarrad Mobbs is the Managing Director at MobbsMarr Legal, providing legal services across Queensland since 2003. His principal areas of practice encompass Wills and Estates as well as Dispute Resolution within the realm of private wealth. Prior to establishing MobbsMarr Legal in 2016, Jarrad gained extensive experience in estate planning, notably serving as an estate planning manager at National Australia Trustees Limited, a division of the National Australia Bank, and leading the wills and estates practice at a national law firm. Jarrad offers clients comprehensive advice on the rights and responsibilities of executors, trustees, and beneficiaries throughout the administration of deceased estates. He is skilled in managing contested estate matters and has represented parties in the Queensland Supreme and District Courts, including in complex cases involving blended families. He is also appointed as a litigation guardian for individuals unable to act personally and accepts court appointments as an independent administrator in estate-related proceedings. Holding a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from James Cook University and a Master of Laws from the University of Queensland, Jarrad is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia. His professional memberships include the Queensland Law Society, Townsville District Law Association, the Society of Estate and Trust Practitioners, and the Taxation Institute of Australia.
