Mauricio Navarrete

Mauricio Elias Navarrete is the founder and director of MN Lawyers & Associates Pty Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (GDLP), and a Masters of Applied Law specialising in Family Law. Maurice is a qualified Solicitor and Barrister entitled to practise in all courts across New South Wales, including the Local, District and Supreme Courts, as well as the Family Court and Federal Circuit Courts of Australia. He is also authorised to practise before the High Court of Australia and federal courts. In addition to his legal practice, Maurice is an accredited Public Notary within New South Wales, having completed the College of Law Notarial Practice Course. This enables him to undertake notarial acts under Australian law. Maurice has developed a strong reputation for providing dedicated representation in litigation matters, consistently demonstrating honesty, integrity and commitment to his clients. He is an active member of the New South Wales Law Society, the Society of Notaries of New South Wales, and New South Wales Young Lawyers.
