Matthew Harper leads our Family Law Team, bringing extensive experience in handling complex matters involving divorce, parenting disputes, property settlements, and family violence. He is admitted to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor in all Federal Courts and regularly appears before the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia in a broad range of family law cases. Matthew is also a qualified Independent Children’s Lawyer, frequently appointed to represent children in highly sensitive and complex welfare matters. Known for his honest and courageous approach, he is committed to guiding clients through challenging times by providing practical and tailored legal solutions. His practice areas include family violence and intervention orders, property disputes, parenting and custody issues, divorce and separation, spousal maintenance, child support, financial agreements, and child welfare cases.
