In 2020, Stephanie contributed her expertise to the development of a family law social enterprise within Interrelate, focusing on delivering integrated legal services through a collaborative approach. Since 2025, Stephanie has led the family law team at Miltons Lawyers as Principal, where she continues to build a team dedicated to client care and delivering informed, practical legal advice.
