With dual qualifications in Law and Economics, Keith Hanslow brings over 40 years of legal practice, much of which has been spent as a partner in the growth and development of law firms. His extensive experience is underscored by a deep understanding of legal and commercial matters, enabling him to clearly explain complex issues in a manner that is accessible and practical for clients. Keith has considerable expertise in business management within expanding environments, working effectively alongside existing or newly formed management teams. He is adept at fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and suppliers, and possesses a solid capability in managing and interpreting financial information relevant to business operations. In addition to his legal practice, Keith frequently delivers presentations at business conferences and professional development seminars, targeting audiences without a legal background. His approach combines interactive humour with a thorough grasp of the law’s practical application. For over 20 years, he has also served as a facilitator for the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Among his notable achievements, Keith was the first lawyer appointed by the Victorian Government to the Pharmacy Board of Victoria. He has contributed to the Property and Environment Law Section as well as the Employment Law Section of the Law Institute of Victoria. His governance experience includes directorship roles in four not-for-profit organisations, primarily in the education sector, and he currently serves as a director of Arrow Leadership Australia Ltd.
