Esmae Mihalatos-Koutsoukis

Esmae Mihalatos-Koutsoukis was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in August 2012 and brings a broad range of legal experience to her practice. She developed her skills working with various boutique law firms in Sydney before co-founding Mihalatos & Associates Solicitors alongside her brother, Spiros Mihalatos. Esmae is committed to delivering strong, client-focused legal guidance across multiple areas of law. She places her clients’ needs at the centre of her approach, demonstrating persistence, efficiency and attention to detail irrespective of the complexity or scale of the matter. Her dedication to achieving positive outcomes reflects her belief that the firm’s success is intrinsically linked to client satisfaction. Her expertise encompasses CTP and personal injury claims, conveyancing, property law including dealings with the Land and Property Information office, wills and estates, leasing, and default judgement clearance. Esmae holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales and is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales, the St George-Sutherland Law Society, and the Women Lawyers Association of NSW.
