Daniel Jade

Daniel brings nearly 20 years of experience providing strategic, risk-based legal solutions to a diverse range of clients, from small business operators to board members of publicly listed companies. His background encompasses work across the Legal, Government, Corporate, Commercial and not-for-profit sectors. Most recently, Daniel contributed to the Mergers & Acquisitions team at Deloitte, where he further refined his expertise in complex commercial transactions. In addition to his transactional work, Daniel is a nationally accredited mediator with extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution. He is dedicated to securing the best possible outcomes for his clients through effective negotiation and mediation. Daniel also serves as a mediator for VCAT, the Magistrates Court of Victoria, the County Court of Victoria, and the News Media Bargaining Code panel established by ACMA. He is admitted to practise law in both Australia and New Zealand, enabling him to provide informed advice on cross-jurisdictional matters.
