Debra Effeney

Debra Effeney serves as Special Counsel at Michael Lynch Family Lawyers, where she brings over two decades of experience to her clients. Admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia, Debra is also an accredited family law practitioner in Queensland. She embarked on her legal career after completing a Bachelor of Laws at James Cook University in 2000 and undertaking two years of Articles in Rockhampton. Debra's diverse background includes practising as an articled clerk at a regional law firm and as a solicitor with national mid-tier firms in Brisbane.
