Justine Ralph

Justine Ralph is a Senior Associate at Meillon & Bright in Sydney, where she has been practising exclusively in family law since 2018. Admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2019 and the High Court of Australia in 2024, Justine brings a strong legal foundation and extensive experience to her role. Her practice covers all areas of family law, including parenting disputes, financial settlements, spousal maintenance, and child support. Justine has particular expertise in managing complex parenting matters, focusing on resolving conflicts in a way that prioritises the best interests of children. She aims to minimise the emotional toll on families by seeking pragmatic and balanced solutions. Justine is progressing towards completing her training as an Independent Children’s Lawyer, expected in early 2025.
