Brittany Meehan

Brittany, daughter of Meehans Solicitors Principal Paul, was born and raised in the Macarthur region. Having been part of the Meehans team for over fifteen years, she has developed experience across several areas of law, including Property Law, Commercial Law, and Wills and Estates. Brittany began working with Meehans as a Law Clerk in 2009 while studying Law and Commerce at the University of Western Sydney. She was admitted to practice in February 2015 and has since been committed to delivering the high standard of personal service for which Meehans is known. She takes pride in ensuring her clients feel comfortable and supported throughout their legal matters. With a particular enthusiasm for Property Law, Brittany leads the firm’s busy Conveyancing Department. She is well acquainted with many local real estate agents and focuses on making the processes of buying and selling property as seamless and stress-free as possible. Alongside conveyancing, Brittany also advises clients on Wills and Estate Planning, as well as Retail and Commercial Leasing matters. Beyond her legal practice, Brittany assists her father with the day-to-day management of Meehans Solicitors, providing valuable guidance to the wider team. She and her family reside in Macarthur and she is proud to continue her family’s long-standing commitment to serving the legal needs of the local community.
