Daniela Pannunzio

Daniela Pannunzio is a Lawyer in MDM’s Commercial Law and Leasing department, bringing over 20 years of experience in the legal profession. After being admitted to practice in 2016, Daniela honed her skills in a small tier law firm, focusing on commercial law and leasing matters. She takes pride in building strong client relationships and delivering advice that is both practical and commercially sound. Daniela has considerable experience advising on the sale and purchase of businesses, shareholder agreements, business structuring, and compliance with the Corporations Act. She has successfully guided numerous clients through business and share sale transactions, which often involve multifaceted legal issues including employment, intellectual property, and franchising. In addition to her transactional work, Daniela supports clients with commercial and retail leasing matters, including rent relief arrangements, ensuring client objectives are effectively met. She holds a Juris Doctor from RMIT and a Bachelor of Arts from La Trobe University.
