Paul McWilliams

Paul McWilliams is the Managing Partner with over 20 years of legal experience. Throughout his career, Paul has worked in a variety of settings, including leading national and international firms, as well as boutique practices. His background includes a role as a solicitor at a major Australian national law firm, where he practised in commercial, finance and property law. Paul has also served as an Associate in the Singapore office of an English law firm, focusing on syndicated cross-border acquisitions and asset finance. Paul’s current practice areas encompass property and commercial law, with a particular emphasis on property development, strata titles, property syndication, trusts, contract drafting, finance and securities, conveyancing, and leasing. He regularly handles high value and complex transactions within these fields.
