Anthony Davis

Anthony Davis has practised as a lawyer for over a decade, bringing extensive experience in commercial property and general commercial law. He joined McWilliams Davis as a Director in 2018, following his tenure as a Senior Associate at Tottle Partners, where he began his legal career in 2007. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, and he was admitted to practice in Western Australia in 2008. In 2010, Anthony expanded his expertise by working with a leading international law firm in the United Kingdom. His practice covers a broad range of commercial property matters, including the preparation and negotiation of lease documents for landlords and tenants, commercial and agricultural property sale agreements, and business sale agreements. He also advises on loan and security documentation, caveat disputes, and assists with the settlement process for both property and business sales. Anthony provides guidance on key legislative matters relevant to Western Australia, such as the land titling system, the Commercial Tenancy (Retail Shops) Agreement Act, the Strata Titles Act, and the Contaminated Sites Act.
