Jess Hamdorf is a Director with over seven years of post-admission experience, focusing on environment, planning, and public law. She represents clients in matters before the State Administrative Tribunal and the Supreme Court, including appeals against subdivision and development application refusals, challenges to planning notices, disputes over developer contribution plans, and issues related to public and private nuisance. Jess also acts for clients in planning prosecutions before the Magistrates Court.
