Fionne McKillop

Fionne McKillop is the principal of McKillop Legal, bringing over two decades of comprehensive legal experience since her graduation from The University of Wollongong in 2000 with an Honours degree in Law and a Commerce degree. She began her legal career in Sydney’s CBD after being selected for a graduate program with one of Australia’s leading law firms. Fionne’s early career included roles as an Associate at two national firms, where she advised corporations, charities and government departments on complex commercial and property matters. She also held a senior solicitor and corporate counsel position with a New South Wales State Owned Corporation, further enhancing her expertise in corporate advisory services. Following the birth of her third child, Fionne expanded her knowledge by completing a Diploma of Financial Services and working with McKillop Financial Planning. This experience provided her with valuable insights into estate planning, business structuring to minimise tax, asset protection, wealth growth, and managing retirement, business succession and personal succession planning. Fionne is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. She is committed to delivering clear, practical legal advice tailored to meet each client’s unique needs and circumstances.
