About Craig
Craig Pryor is the principal of McKillop Legal and holds an Honours degree in Law as well as a Science degree in Chemistry. He was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2001 and is also admitted to practice before the High Court of Australia. Craig began his legal career in commercial and estates law, becoming a partner at WMD Law in 2005 at the age of 27. He later joined Bell Partners, a nationally recognised accountancy and business advisory firm, where he led the Commercial Law and Estate Planning division for three years before moving to McKillop Legal. Craig’s practice encompasses a broad range of services including drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial contracts; sale of business transactions; business and personal structuring; asset protection; probate and administration of deceased estates; estate and succession planning; and conducting commercial and civil litigation. His litigation experience covers business disputes, bankruptcy and insolvency matters, trust litigation and claims under the Succession Act. With extensive knowledge and experience across these areas, Craig is well equipped to guide clients through complex legal issues effectively and pragmatically.
