Paul McGuinness

Paul McGuinness OAM is the founding director and principal solicitor of McGuinness Legal, providing dedicated legal services to the Mornington Peninsula community since 1983. With extensive experience advising both local businesses and private clients, Paul offers guidance across a wide range of legal matters tailored to meet the diverse needs of his clients. His practice encompasses business contracts and transactions, commercial law, dispute resolution including mediation and litigation, issues related to building developments and planning, conveyancing, as well as seniors law. Paul also provides expertise in wills, estate planning, probate, and resolving will disputes. In recognition of his significant contributions to the Mornington Peninsula community, Paul was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia in 2022. Based in Rosebud, Paul is also available for consultations in Mt Eliza and South Yarra, ensuring accessibility for clients across the region. He is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria.
