Oliver Cole

Oliver Cole is the Principal of McDonough Cole Legal, bringing extensive experience across a wide spectrum of legal matters. He completed his Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice at Flinders University and is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of South Australia. Oliver is dedicated to delivering a high standard of service with a compassionate approach, ensuring clients feel understood and informed throughout their legal journey. His career began at the Legal Services Commission, where he provided strong representation to some of the community’s most vulnerable individuals. In 2017, he transitioned to private practice with Almeida + Associates before taking on the role of Principal at McDonough Cole Legal in 2023. His practice encompasses a broad range of criminal law matters, including traffic offences, drink driving, serious drug charges, assaults, firearms offences, and murder. In addition, Oliver handles wills and estates, as well as minor civil disputes. Oliver regularly appears in the Magistrates Court, District Court, and Supreme Court of South Australia, along with the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (SACAT). He is recognised within the legal community for his determination and commitment to achieving positive outcomes and ensuring client satisfaction.
