Anthony McDonnell

Anthony McDonnell brings over twenty-five years of experience as a legal advisor, with more than two decades recognised through accreditation. His practice encompasses a broad range of areas, including compensation claims, medical negligence, superannuation disputes, and various negligence claims. Anthony also has extensive experience in environmental development, local government law, and construction law. Throughout his career, he has worked on commercial litigation, faulty product claims, motor vehicle claims, life and disability insurance disputes, and denied claims. He is well-versed in navigating Comcare claims, as well as incidents occurring in sporting venues, shopping centres, public places, and playgrounds. His expertise extends to workplace-related claims, supported by his dual qualifications in building and law. For fourteen years, Anthony has served as a mediator, helping parties reach resolution in complex disputes. He has also contributed to legal education, lecturing at the University of Western Sydney’s Richmond Campus in contract law, occupational health and safety, negligence, and local government law.
