Lee-Anne McAllister

Lee-Anne McAllister is the principal of McAllister Legal Services and has dedicated her entire legal career to serving the Kurri Kurri community. Having lived in Kurri Kurri for over 20 years, Lee-Anne has a deep commitment to providing legal support to local residents and businesses. She chose to remain in Kurri Kurri when her former employer relocated to Maitland, underscoring her connection to the area and its people. Lee-Anne’s practice areas include conveyancing, family law, wills and estates, criminal law, property law, and litigation. She is also a member of the Legal Aid family law panel, enabling her to assist clients with a range of family law matters. Her approach is client-centred, often offering the convenience of home visits to ensure those in need receive timely and accessible legal assistance. Outside of her professional life, Lee-Anne is a dedicated family person, married with two sons. She values time away with family and friends, often travelling in her caravan to unwind. An active individual, Lee-Anne participates in squash and enjoys supporting her sons at their soccer and basketball games. She has a strong appreciation for music and theatre and is known for her love of animals.
