Nick Mazzeo brings nearly 25 years of experience in litigating and resolving complex legal disputes to his role as Managing Partner. He leads the firm with a commitment to delivering quality service and effective results for a diverse client base that includes large corporations, privately-owned businesses, and individual clients. Nick is recognised for his practical and sincere approach, ensuring that clients are fully informed of their options and empowered to make confident decisions. His expertise spans several areas of law, including commercial matters for small and medium-sized enterprises such as company and partnership disputes, bankruptcy and insolvency advice, and workplace discrimination issues. Additionally, he has a significant focus on personal injury matters, particularly sexual abuse and WorkCover claims, as well as family law, with an emphasis on complex property cases involving businesses, companies or trusts. In his senior role, Nick collaborates closely with other lawyers and clients to develop effective strategies tailored to each case. He draws on his ability to think creatively and work diligently to achieve favourable outcomes. Nick’s passion for law was inspired by his early experiences working in his family’s small business. He completed his law degrees at Bond University in Queensland and the University of Melbourne. Outside of his professional commitments, Nick enjoys sport and is an enthusiastic supporter of the Collingwood Football Club and Melbourne City FC. He also dedicates time to restoring classic cars and motorcycles, surfing, travelling, and spending quality moments with his wife and children.
