Frank Mathey

Frank Mathey is a Partner at MP&S Legal Partners, having founded the firm originally known as Mathey Solicitors. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney, completed in 1973, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Wollongong, obtained in 1987. Frank was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in July 1974 and brings over 50 years of legal experience to his practice. Throughout his career, Frank has supported multiple generations of clients with a broad range of legal services, including the preparation of wills, property transactions, and estate administration. His comprehensive knowledge and meticulous attention to detail have contributed to successful outcomes, particularly in probate and property law matters before the Supreme Court.
