Simon Tait

Simon Tait brings over 20 years of experience in commercial and intellectual property law, with a strong emphasis on commercial contracts, trust law, business structuring, general corporate advice and trade marks. Before joining Mast, Simon practised with a leading international firm in Jersey, gaining extensive experience in offshore corporate finance, restructuring, banking, asset finance and insolvency matters. Simon holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Laws from Monash University. He has also completed advanced French language training at the Alliance Française in Paris. In addition to his legal career, Simon serves as a board member of Northern Futures, reflecting his commitment to community development. His diverse background enables him to provide clients with insightful, practical legal advice tailored to the complexities of commercial and intellectual property matters.
