Ashleigh Wall

Ashleigh Wall is the Principal Lawyer, bringing extensive experience and trusted advice to a diverse range of families and their businesses. With strong commercial acumen, she delivers practical, tailored solutions that align with her clients’ unique needs. Ashleigh works closely with private enterprises, including family-owned businesses and farming families, focusing on governance, wealth management, and succession planning. Her expertise covers business and investment structuring, governance frameworks, business and personal succession strategies, trusts, commercial contracts and transactions, as well as services for not-for-profit organisations. Outside of her legal practice, Ashleigh is deeply involved in the community. She currently serves as Chairperson of Surfing Victoria and holds board positions with Carrie Bickmore’s Beanies for Brain Cancer Foundation and the Genyus Foundation. Ashleigh holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She has completed advanced tax studies through the Tax Institute of Australia and completed the Family Business Institute course focused on family business advising. Known as Mast’s resident adventurer, Ashleigh has a passion for surfing, outdoor activities, and travel.
