Greg Martin

Greg Martin is the principal of the firm and brings over 35 years of experience as a commercial and litigation solicitor. Throughout his extensive career, Greg has practised across a broad spectrum of litigation, including commercial law, family law, wills and estates disputes, commercial litigation, criminal law, and personal injury claims. His comprehensive experience allows him to navigate complex legal matters effectively, providing clients with practical and strategic advice. Greg is an active member of the Law Society of NSW and is committed to legal education. He frequently chairs seminars for fellow legal professionals and presents at universities as well as national and international legal conferences. With 11 years of teaching experience at Western Sydney University, Greg has lectured in subjects including Criminal Law, Advanced Torts, Contracts, and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Known for his big-picture perspective, Greg approaches legal challenges creatively, often developing innovative solutions that are both cost-effective and timely for his clients.
