Charlie Marino established Marino Lawyers in 1988 and continues to contribute to the firm as a Consultant, drawing on decades of experience and deep legal expertise. His primary focus is Planning and Environment Law, where he assists a broad range of clients, including local developers and businesses from southern regions who benefit from his established networks and thorough understanding of the area. Charlie’s practical approach to law involves active engagement in town planning negotiations, drafting and reviewing specialty tenancy leases, advising on centre management agreements, and negotiating commercial terms. He frequently attends onsite meetings, collaborating directly with local authorities, civil and building contractors, as well as tenants to ensure effective coordination.
