Lisa Maltby

Lisa Maltby is a Principal Solicitor with extensive experience in personal injury law. She graduated from Monash University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Laws with Honours alongside a Bachelor of Science, earning Honours in Psychology. Beginning her legal career in 2005 through articles of clerkship, Lisa was admitted to practice in 2006. In 2023, Lisa was recognised in the Doyles Guide as one of the Recommended Work Injury Compensation Lawyers for plaintiffs. Her practice focuses on cases involving Transport Accident Commission (TAC) claims, WorkCover matters, public liability, as well as superannuation and insurance claims. Lisa leads the team at the firm’s Sunbury office, where she is committed to achieving strong outcomes for her clients. Beyond her legal work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her partner and their animal companions, including horses, dogs and cats.
