Zoya Tvarkovski

Zoya Tvarkovski is a dedicated legal professional with a strong commitment to advocating for clients in the realm of Criminal Law. She earned her Bachelor of Laws/Arts from Victoria University, marking the beginning of her journey in the legal field. During her time at university, she expanded her expertise through an exchange program focused on Commercial Arbitration and Mediation at Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany. Since her admission to practice in 2018, Zoya has built a solid foundation of experience, particularly through her volunteer work with Victoria Legal Aid and the Sunshine Youth Legal Centre. Here, she provided pro bono services to disadvantaged youth, demonstrating her commitment to social justice and community service. Before joining Malkoun & Co Lawyers, Zoya honed her skills as a Court Registrar at the Melbourne Magistrates' Court.
