Mark Barrett is the founding Legal Practitioner Director of Malkin Lawyers. Before embarking on his legal career, Mark served as a member of the Victoria Police Force, bringing a practical understanding of law enforcement to his work. He possesses extensive experience across a broad range of practice areas, with a strong commitment to Family Law. Mark has effectively represented clients in all jurisdictions, consistently aiming to secure the most favourable outcomes while maintaining a focus on managing costs. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice Administration.
