Brendan Pearce is a Partner with over 30 years of experience providing clients with expert guidance in property law and estate planning. Brendan is committed to delivering high-quality, value-for-money legal services with a focus on clear, honest, and reliable advice. He approaches each matter with a practical mindset, aiming to simplify complex legal issues and achieve the best possible outcomes for his clients. Throughout his career, Brendan has assisted individuals and businesses with a broad range of legal matters, including the sale, purchase, and leasing of residential and commercial properties, business structure advice, and matters relating to bankruptcy and insolvency. He is also well-versed in wills, powers of attorney, probate applications, and claims under the Family Provision Act. Brendan is appointed as a Notary Public, further enhancing the services he provides to his clients. Brendan earned his law degree from the University of Sydney and is held in high regard for his professional integrity and commitment to client service. Outside of his legal practice, Brendan is passionate about sports and community involvement. He has a long-standing interest in golf, having served as a director of the Wollongong Golf Club for 11 years. He has also contributed to the community through roles on the boards of the Red Cross and Edmund Rice College, Wollongong. Currently, Brendan serves as the Chairman of the Illawarra Cricket Association Judiciary.
