Alyce Fisher

Alyce Fisher is a Senior Associate with comprehensive experience in criminal law, building and construction law, and general litigation. She graduated from the University of Wollongong in 2014 with a combined Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of International Studies, graduating with Distinction. Alyce further advanced her legal expertise by completing a Master’s in Commercial Litigation in 2023. She is admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia and is a member of the Law Society of NSW. In criminal law, Alyce is equipped to handle a wide range of matters including bail applications, sentencing, licence appeals, apprehended violence orders, hearings, and appeals to higher courts. She has represented clients across Local, District, and Supreme Courts throughout New South Wales, and maintains active involvement with several Legal Aid panels including Wollongong, Liverpool, Campbelltown, and Sutherland. Alyce also has substantial experience in building and construction law. She regularly appears in courts and tribunals, including the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT), representing property owners, builders, and developers. Her matters cover residential building disputes, defect claims, and contract disputes. In addition, Alyce provides practical advice on reviewing new building contracts to help clients understand and manage their commitments effectively.
