Terry has been a driving force at Mackey Wales Law, where he leads the commercial law and estate planning teams. With a career in law beginning in Townsville in 1988 and admission as a legal practitioner in 1994, Terry brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his practice. Focused primarily on commercial law, Terry excels in building collaborative relationships with his clients, ensuring that he thoroughly understands and meets their business requirements. His expertise spans a wide spectrum of property transactions, including commercial and business conveyancing and leasing for both the commercial and retail sectors. In addition to his commercial endeavours, Terry offers comprehensive services in business succession, focusing on company/shareholder transactions and re-arrangements. He holds a Life Membership with the Brothers Rugby Union Club in Townsville and serves as the Chairman of the Diocesan Development Fund.
