Alex Ying

Alex Ying has extensive experience practising law in both central business district and suburban law firms. He has represented clients before a variety of courts and tribunals including the Guardianship Tribunal, Waverly Local Court, Liverpool Local Court, Central Local Court, District Court, Supreme Court of New South Wales, Federal Court, as well as the Federal Circuit and Family Courts of Australia. His legal practice encompasses property and conveyancing, migration law, corporate and commercial law, estate planning, criminal justice, guardianship matters, commercial disputes and family law. Prior to his legal career, Alex held senior executive roles including Vice-President of a multinational media company and General Manager of a leading Hong Kong television broadcaster. He is a graduate with Honours from the University of Sydney Law School. Alex also holds a master's degree with Honours in international business management and a bachelor's degree in political science and economics from an American university. He is multilingual, fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, Shanghainese, Spanish, French and Japanese.
