Emma Teng

Emma Teng is a solicitor admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales. She holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the China University of Political Science and Law. Emma’s legal experience encompasses property law, where she has acted for both landlords and tenants on matters including commercial and retail leasing transactions, sales and acquisitions of commercial, retail, rural, and residential properties, as well as option agreements, off-the-plan sales and purchases, and the drafting of easements and covenants.
