Linda is the Principal Lawyer at LWS Lawyers Pty Ltd, bringing extensive legal experience and a strong academic background to her role. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Finance from the University of Melbourne, alongside a Bachelor of Laws with honours from Monash University. Furthering her qualifications, Linda completed her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the Leo Cussen Centre for Law and earned a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne. With a diverse legal practice history across Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia, and Queensland, Linda has built a solid foundation in litigation. Her approach focuses on delivering professional and cost-effective solutions to legal disputes, ensuring her clients' interests are well represented. Linda has managed a broad range of litigated matters, including the initiation and response to claims and interlocutory applications, discovery processes, interrogatories, subpoenas, and attendance at pre-hearing conferences and directions hearings. She is adept at representing clients at mediations and interlocutory hearings, instructing counsel during trials, negotiating settlements, and enforcing court orders and settlement agreements. Her expertise encompasses advocacy and commercial dispute resolution, with considerable experience handling motor vehicle claims, property damage insurance claims, and the recovery and resolution of commercial disputes. Linda’s interest in litigation and property law aligns with her commitment to serving Victoria's growing Chinese community, facilitated by her fluency in English and Mandarin.
