Becca Ivanov

Becca Ivanov is a Partner with extensive experience in Family Law, bringing a strong commitment to achieving favourable outcomes for her clients during challenging times. She holds a Master of Laws (Applied Law) with a major in Family Law, a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law, and a Double Degree in Law and Criminology. From the outset of her legal career, Becca has focused on Family Law, gaining valuable experience with two of Western Australia’s leading firms before co-founding Loukas Law in early 2017 alongside Maria Loukas. Her approach is characterised by a genuine empathy for clients and a dedication to social justice, which has seen her contribute to community programs over several years. Becca has experience guiding clients through a comprehensive range of Family Law matters, from negotiated settlements to complex litigation. In 2015, she was appointed as a Court Welfare Officer by Legal Aid WA, providing support to vulnerable individuals navigating the court system. The following year, she took part in the Sellenger Centre Criminal Justice Review Project, working on the Investigation Team for the Innocence Project. Known for her ability to connect with clients while thoroughly analysing their circumstances, Becca applies her deep legal knowledge to develop effective strategies tailored to individual goals. She has collaborated with some of Western Australia and Australia’s leading barristers, forensic accountants, and counsellors, equipping her with the expertise needed to support clients through difficult Family Law situations. Becca is a member of the Law Society of Western Australia, the Family Law Section Australia, and the Family Law Practitioners Association of Western Australia.
