Darrell Kake

Darrell represents high net worth individuals, business owners and families in complex commercial disputes across a wide range of commercial matters. He has extensive experience conducting court proceedings in various state and federal courts, particularly in New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria, including appearances before the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Papua New Guinea. Darrell is accredited by the New South Wales Law Society and the Queensland Law Society in commercial litigation. He has contributed to the profession through his involvement in accreditation advisory committees for both societies. In addition to his legal practice, Darrell serves as an adjunct lecturer in the College of Law’s Masters of Law (LLM) program in Commercial Litigation, where he educates practising solicitors and barristers on complex commercial dispute resolution. He also brings leadership experience from over 20 years as an officer in the Australian Army Reserve. Darrell draws on his broad expertise and professional networks to assemble multidisciplinary teams tailored to each client's commercial challenge.
