Linda Alexander

Linda Alexander Law specialises in wills and estate planning, probate and estate administration, assisting executors and beneficiaries, as well as property and conveyancing matters. The firm handles both straightforward and complex wills, including the establishment of testamentary trusts and estate planning for superannuation, self-managed superannuation funds (SMSFs), family trusts, and family trading entities. Linda Alexander, the founder, hails from Cootamundra, a regional town in New South Wales, where she maintains close family connections and visits regularly. She was admitted as a solicitor by the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 1994 and holds a Diploma in Law alongside a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. Linda began her legal career focusing on insurance litigation before broadening her experience into commercial law, estate planning, and property law with a small commercial firm operating both in Sydney and regional NSW. Over approximately two decades with the firm, she played a central role and eventually managed its Sydney office as a director, overseeing a wide range of legal matters. In 2018, Linda founded Linda Alexander Law to concentrate on her interests in wills and sophisticated estate planning, particularly in relation to SMSFs and family trusts. She is a member of the Law Society of NSW, admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of NSW, and is included on the register of the High Court of Australia. Additionally, Linda is a member of the SMSF Association and associated with Clarence Professional Offices. Linda and her family currently reside on Sydney’s North Shore.
