Faiza Gabriel

Faiza Gabriel's journey into family law was inspired by personal experience, having witnessed her parents navigate a tumultuous divorce during her formative years. This early exposure instilled in her a desire to seek better solutions in family disputes and to guide others through similarly challenging times. Admitted as a solicitor and barrister in 2008, Faiza has dedicated her career primarily to family law, amassing a wealth of experience in managing complex financial settlements and child arrangements in the Family Court. In 2020, Faiza founded Lighthouse Legal to embody her vision of elevating family law practice and providing clients with the guidance needed to navigate their way through difficult situations. Her approach is characterised by attentive service and strategic counsel, aiming to empower clients to move forward confidently. Faiza is also trained as a mediator and an independent children’s lawyer, skills that enable her to listen with empathy while delivering honest and necessary advice. Her objective is not merely to listen but to provide clients with the insight needed to regain control of their lives. Faiza maintains active memberships with esteemed professional bodies, including the Law Society of Western Australia, the Family Law Practitioners Association of Western Australia, and Women Lawyers of Western Australia, underscoring her commitment to excellence and professional development in the field of family law.
