Vivien Compton is the Chief Executive Officer of Leverage Group, where she leads the operations of both Leverage Solicitors and Leverage Academy. With 17 years’ experience spanning strategy, marketing, accountancy, business development, and human resources, Vivien brings a comprehensive understanding of business operations to her role. Her career, which includes extensive experience in both real estate and law, has shaped her innovative approach to managing and growing Leverage Group. Vivien plays a key role in driving the expansion and development of the business, ensuring its functions operate effectively and efficiently. Vivien holds a Real Estate Licence, Business Broker’s Licence, and Certificate IV in Marketing, Training and Assessment (TAE). She is also a Justice of the Peace. Her diverse qualifications and broad skill set contribute significantly to her leadership of the group.
