Bruce Horton

Bruce Horton serves as a Senior Solicitor and Senior Trainer at Leverage Group, bringing over 40 years of extensive experience to his role. He holds a Bachelor of Arts, Master of Laws, and Master of Business Administration and is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, a Chartered Secretary, and an Associate Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders. As a practising solicitor, Bruce is an officer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales. Throughout his career, Bruce has combined his experience in teaching and public service to contribute significantly to Leverage Group for more than two decades. He plays a vital role in ensuring the firm’s compliance with its policies, procedures, and all relevant legislation. Additionally, Bruce leads research and development initiatives aimed at supporting the ongoing growth and professional development of the team. Working closely with the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Bruce’s broad knowledge and experience underpin the firm’s commitment to excellence and adherence to best practice standards.
