Bailey Compton is the founder and principal solicitor at Leverage Solicitors, as well as a senior trainer at Leverage Academy. He graduated from Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Laws and holds multiple licences under the NSW Property, Stock & Business Agent’s Act, including Real Estate, Stock & Station, Business Broking, and Strata Management. Bailey is also certified as a trainer and assessor (TAE) and is a frequent contributor and organiser of real estate and property sector forums and events. With over 15 years at the forefront of the real estate agency and property sector, Bailey has established a reputation for mentoring and educating numerous generations of industry professionals across a wide range of licensing categories. His influence extends beyond education into legal practice, where he applies his distinctive legal insight to complex disputes, crafting innovative solutions with definitive outcomes. Bailey began his career as a graduate solicitor within the NSW State Government legal office before advancing to the legal division of the NSW Office of Fair Trading. His proven management skills and policy development led to his appointment as a Fair Trading prosecutor in Western Australia, where he further honed his expertise. Returning to NSW, Bailey founded Leverage Solicitors, growing the firm into a respected legal practice that serves the real property sector comprehensively and offers sought-after legal services. In parallel, he launched Leverage Academy (an RTO), assembling a high-performing team of trainers, business developers, and administrative staff, creating a premier training organisation in the industry.
