Bernie Mitchener is a dedicated solicitor with a robust background in family law, domestic violence, and child protection matters. He completed his Bachelor of Laws and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the Queensland University of Technology, followed by his admission as a solicitor in Queensland in 2015. Prior to his admission, Bernie amassed significant experience through fifteen years' service with the Family Court of Australia, assuming various pivotal roles, including that of a Legal Associate to a Family Court judge, where he gained insights across diverse locations such as Melbourne, Cairns, and Mornington Island. Since embarking on his legal practice, Bernie has focused exclusively on family law, child protection, and domestic violence, representing clients in the Family Court across all Australian states except Western Australia.
