Ge Wu is the Principal Solicitor and director of Legal Point Lawyers & Attorneys, with admission to practise law since 2005. He brings extensive experience across a broad range of legal areas, including property law, immigration law, commercial law, civil litigation and family law. Throughout his career, Ge has handled matters encompassing all facets of property law, commercial and retail leasing, and immigration. His practice also extends to civil litigation and family law, alongside services such as will drafting and general legal advice. Ge regularly advises corporate clients on pre-acquisition due diligence, structuring property developments, and land or shopping centre acquisitions. He also provides guidance on GST and stamp duty implications associated with business transactions, as well as share transfers and company restructures. Since 2011, Ge Wu has served as a Notary Public, offering notarisation services to clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
