Brendan Sedrak was admitted as a Lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2015 and currently serves as a Senior Associate. He brings extensive experience in property and commercial law, supporting a diverse range of clients including first home buyers, vendors, purchasers, developers, and property investors. Brendan’s practice focuses on property and commercial transactions, where he is committed to achieving favourable outcomes. His expertise includes handling matters such as the sale and purchase of land, retail and commercial leasing, off-the-plan developments, and business sales. Working closely with developers, Brendan provides comprehensive assistance throughout the entire project lifecycle—from site acquisition and sale of the plan to registration and project completion. He guides developers through planning approval conditions and ensures compliance with lender requirements. In addition to property matters, Brendan has contributed to transactions involving franchise agreements, as well as the sale and purchase of businesses for vendors and purchasers.
