Kelli Leckie

Kelli Leckie is a principal solicitor with extensive experience in family law. She is an Accredited Family Law Specialist, an accredited mediator, and a collaborative law practitioner, bringing a comprehensive approach to resolving family disputes. Kelli holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with majors in accounting and finance, providing her with valuable insight into the financial complexities often involved in family law property matters. Kelli’s practice encompasses a variety of areas including dispute resolution, property settlements, and children’s matters. She utilises a broad range of dispute resolution methods from mediation and collaborative law to full representation in the Family Court, tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs of each client. Her experience covers divorce, property settlements, defacto and same-sex relationship property issues, pre-nuptial agreements, binding financial agreements, cohabitation agreements, and children’s matters. Kelli actively participates in professional legal communities, including membership of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia, the Coffs Harbour Family Law Practitioners Associates, The Australian Institute of Family Law Arbitrators, and Collaborative Professionals (NSW) Inc.
