Damian Fragapane

Damian Fragapane is an Associate with extensive experience in criminal law, focusing on assault offences, dangerous driving, drug offences, and property offences. Since his admission to the legal profession in 2019, Damian has developed strong advocacy skills, particularly in cross-examination and in-court proceedings. He has represented clients in the Magistrates’, Children’s, and County Courts, handling a broad spectrum of matters ranging from minor traffic offences to serious property and sexual assault cases. Before joining Leanne Warren & Associates, Damian practised predominantly in criminal law and intervention order matters. He is committed to upholding the integrity of the justice system by rigorously holding the prosecution to account.
